Lisa Bokenhagen has been my Service Representative for years and I feel her dedication and GREAT Customer Service has influenced me to stay with a VW product. "The experience was delightful. I had done my research online and knew what I wanted. I "chatted" with Jason online Saturday evening about the used 2007 VW GTI I liked. Then I called him and he answered some basic questions. I followed that up with a visit late Monday to your PIB location and met Jason, who was occupied and handed me off to Alex S. Alex was a thorough professional who was straighforward, extremely knowledgeable and moved the process along. After a test ride, we began negotiations and settled on a deal and was then passed to your Finance Manager, John I believe. He was extremely professional and straightforward even though it was approaching 10:30 PM. Again, a delight to work with. We worked out the trade in value of my car that was not even there and left with a newly purchased car 3 hours after walking in to your dealership. I dropped my trade in off the next day and Alex quickly took care of a minor issue with the car while I waited. I have to say it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I feel like I got value for my money, but also left something on the table for you all. I will be spreading that word to my friends.
