"I really enjoyed working with Jason.  Prior to my first visit, I told him that I didn't want any pressured sales pitches.  He totally honored that. He was not high pressure at all....he let me test drive the vehicle...and then gave me a few "numbers".  I told him I was still comparing a few vehicles and narrowing it down, and that I'd be back in touch.  A few times over the next week, he emailed me....asking if I was still in the the market, but still he was not high pressure.  Once I'd made my decision to buy the VW, I said to Jason that I'd like to get as much of the paperwork done in advance...before coming back.  Via the phone/fax/email, we figured out which car I wanted...and he had the car brought in from a neighboring state..and I filled out the online application.  When I actually arrived at the showroom, all that was required was a few signatures, and I was on my way.  (In and out in less than an hour).  He was nice enough to follow me down to the Volvo dealershupt too, (and he had to wait around for 1/2 hour or so) so I could turn in my lease. -- James McIntosh

"I LOVE this car already -- not that I didn't enjoy my 2002 Passat! The only thing I'm having to retrain myself in doing is adjusting the radio volume (manually) and not tap on the steering wheel!! But I want to also compliment the service technician assigned to my job. He brought to Bill's attention several issues and Bill discussed with me the desire to have this done asap as the waranty period would expire in another week. So, I left the car for the day rather than waiting and caught the shuttle ride to work in Buckhead.
