Service advisor Neil was great. I spent $1,000 on service and car is returned to me reeking of cheap cologne and seat position and mirrors in a completely different position (unclear why any of it needed to be adjusted when it was only on the lot). Seems like basic costumer service to return a vehicle in the same way it was received just like I returned loaner in the same condition I received.
Purchased a car from Shy his customer service was fantastic. Passed me off to Brian in the business office who also showed exemplary service. Would definitely recommend this dealership and those employees to anyone looking for a new automobile.
I had an incredible shopping experience at Shy! They didn’t aggressively haggle, which was a huge plus. Shy was attentive and worked diligently to find the best vehicle that suited my preferences.
