Scheduling your maintenance appointment is easy and convenient and can be done online in a couple of clicks or over the phone. Your scheduled service will include two checkups at the 10,000-mile and 20,000-mile marks. At the 10,000 mile mark, our service center technicians will test your car’s airbag system, engine and oil filters, tires, windshield washers, wiper blades, headlights, and windows, and will update your car’s service information accordingly. At 20,000 miles, your brakes, brake pads, tires, air filter, and fuel filters will be checked.
Yes, oil changes are included. Our VW Carefree Maintenance schedule lines up with what most experts recommend for your oil change timeline. This plan covers the first two years of oil changes. Our comprehensive checkup at the 10,000-mile mark does feature an oil change, and when you reach 20,000, we’ll be happy to change out your oil again for fresh lubrication that will keep your engine running long and strong.
