Karl was born and raised in Miami, FL. He graduated from FIU with a degree in Architecture. Karl is married to his best friend and they spent a month in Europe for their honeymoon. Karl and his wife moved to Atlanta in 2008. They were then blessed with their daughter and son. Karl started working for Jim Ellis in 2013. When he is not at work, he spends his time with his family as well was designing and working on his home. His favorite Volkswagen is the Atlas Tanoak Truck.

Michael was born in Belleville, New Jersey and grew up in North Bergen, New Jersey. He has been in the automotive industry since 2002. In 2005, Michael moved to Atlanta and started working at Jim Ellis Volkswagen in 2012. In his free time, Michael loves to spend time with his wife and two kids. He is a major foodie and is always looking for new restaurants to try. Michael’s favorite VW is a 2017 Golf.

Jessica was born in Louisiana and raised in Atlanta. She has spent most of her life in sales. Her passion for sales started in real estate when she was 19, and now her hard work and dedication have led her to finance. Jessica believes in people and enjoys assisting them in achieving their goals. Her favorite car is the VW Jetta; cool, fun, and practical!

Nelson was born and raised in Miami, FL, and has been in the automotive business for 5 years. He was a professional barber for 15 years prior to his automotive career. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, which includes his wife Annette, his stepdaughter, and 3 boys. They enjoy festivals, trails, sporting events, bike rides, pool time, and a good BBQ! Nelson is an avid sports fan who loves football and baseball. He began his automotive career in Jim Ellis GMC Mall of Ga where he worked retail & fleet sales for 3 years and has been part of the award-winning Jim Ellis VW Atlanta team for the past 2 years.

Jimmy was born in South Korea and grew up in Germany. Before moving to America, Jimmy worked as a tour guide in Europe for many years. He loves to meet new people and talk about travel. After moving to America, he started working in the automotive industry and hasn’t looked back since.

Millo was born in Lima, Peru. He received a B.S. in Economics from the Universidad de Lima. In 1992, he moved to the United States. Millo lived in Los Angeles, CA, for several years and worked as an executive in the Entertainment Industry for Saban Entertainment, Alliance Atlantis and E! Entertainment among others. His marriage and career path eventually lead him to the automotive industry. He started his automotive career working with TDI Buybacks and then joined VW’s Sales team. Millo’s first VW was a 5 speed ’92 VW Corrado G60 (awesome ride). Now, he enjoys cruising to work in his VW Golf Sportwagen TDI and (when allowed) in his wife’s VW Touareg Executive TDI. Millo spends his time away from work with his wife of 20 years, his 9 year old daughter and 2 rescue dogs- Chico the Chihuahua and Zoe the Golden Retriever. He also enjoys cooking gourmet meals such as risotto ai funghi, always with a good Amarone or Barolo.

Dre was born and raised in Jesup, GA. His first high school job was being a porter for a dealership in his hometown. He moved to Atlanta and returned to the automotive industry with Jim Ellis in mid-2022 and hasn’t looked back. Aside from work, Dre is a huge wine & spirit fanatic, registered both as a sommelier and a WSET student. He enjoys the practicality of the Volkswagen brand, and his favorite VW is a 2023 Arteon SEL-R Line Premium.

Dee Dee is originally from New Orleans, LA. She moved to Atlanta when her father, who worked for Volkswagen, was transferred here. She has followed in his footsteps and has worked for Volkswagen since 1988. Dee Dee have been married for 22 years and has a son who is 20. She is an animal lover and enjoys reading. Dee Dee’s favorite VW is a 2014 Beetle R-line, Reef Blue and Manual transmission (of course).

Jario was born and raised in El Salavdor. He moved to the United States in 1987. He has been working for Jim Ellis for 18 years. His favorite VW is a Golf R32.

Aaron was born and raised in Atlanta. He joined the Jim Ellis family in the summer of 2019 as a porter. Aaron assists in transporting vehicles to clean-up and photography, as well as collaborating over vendors and sales team members in locating vehicles for customers. His responsibilities also include assisting in keeping inventory organized and updated with the Inventory Manager. Aaron is skilled with Fine Arts and 3D arts in the entertainment industry. He hopes of one day to build his own game for all to play.

Willie is one of the first ever Jim Ellis employees. He has been with the company since the doors to the first dealership, Jim Ellis Volkswagen of Chamblee, opened back in 1971. Throughout his years with the company, Willie has cleaned thousands of cars. He cares about everyone he comes into contact with and always has a smile on his face. Willie has always had strong family values which is part of the reason he loves working for the Ellis family. Both of Willie’s brothers have worked with him at Jim Ellis Volkswagen. His brother, Lonnie, still works in our Parts Department. In his free time, Willie enjoys working on his 55′ Chevy Belair and old Ford truck. Willie has owned a few VWs but his all time favorite is his green 1970 Beetle.
